Got the black sugar boba latte! The boba itself was super fresh and warm, making the texture perfectly squishy and a sensation to eat. The drink tasted very good overall, although it was a bit too milky for my taste. They serve it in these ADORABLE Koala cups, so I had no complaints!! The inside has such a cute, warm vibe with lots of seating, including a very cozy couch which I occupied with my friend for over an hour. The overall feel of the place was very inviting, I didn't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu. They played a bunch of throwbacks which really added the to the experience. 10/10 recommend!!

The flavors are the best! The melon berry Boba is so good! We come here for a treat and a pick me up !!

My coworkers and I have made it a habit to walk here once a week on our breaks and it has become something I look forward to! I like to explore the menu and try new things but so far my all time favorite is the Thai twister. If I am craving something fruity and refreshing I prefer a peach black tea. We've never had a bad experience and the taste of the drinks is consistently delicious.

ight so i came here for the viet coffee/saigon coffee n it was good asf! it only ran me like 4.50 too which is a great deal for how big the cup was and how good it was. good strength to the drink too, but was too overpowering. not too sweet either but the sweetness was at an equilibrium. like honestly i wasn't expecting much of the coffee considering it was only like 4 bucks n this is a boba spot. but this shi def exceeded my expectations. also the service was really good as well. brudda got my drink done in like guinness world record time. think bro took like 30 secs not even lying to u. he also said "here's your drink sir" wow. to be addressed by sir is truly amazing. as a dude who's getting old and getting called unc at 20 yrs old, getting called sir truly reflects the hardships and obstacles that i've encountered in my 20 years of old age. oh yeah and they patched up the potholes when entering from the back which is fire. still hate entering and exiting tho since there be hella cars coming n shi. it be a road simulator when tryna exit out. but overall good place and good service

Had a great time at KoalaTea! Staff is really friendly and the vibe is welcoming. Usually I take a long time to finish my drinks but my melon berry drink was gone so quickly! Tasted amazing! Warm boba was the perfect contrast with the cold icy drink. Will be back

Koalatea Boba has been on my list to check out for some time and I finally got a chance to check it out recently. The layout of the interior is designed and proportioned well for people to order and enjoy their food and drinks. I also liked how the interior and exterior is very well lit. I would say it could be a little intimidating getting in given that it is located on a main/busy street and parking is located in the back. But after going one time it is easier to see where to go. Service was great and the tea I got was 10/10!

This bo!- spot is so cute. I've lived in Elk Grove my whole life and I haven't come here yet. I've had such an amazing time. Jazzy and Fernando help me today and it's so inviting in here and they have really good Wi-Fi and they drinks are super yummy. I really like the way that the boba shop is set up. It's not too much. It's not too little. It feels like it's just enough and I also feel like you're at home. I got the strawberry fresh milk with ube (CHEFS KISS) it was unbelievably delicious . I've had ube boba drinks elsewhere and Ive never tasted anything like this ube it tastes like mangonlia ube ice cream and reminds me of back home (I'm filipino)

Cute spot tucked away on Elk Grove Florin, came during a visit last year (Jan 2023) on a rainy afternoon and essentially had the place to myself! Great service - drink was good, place is cutesy- perfect for high school kids hanging out I'm sure. Very instagrammable. Music was a bit too loud playing overhead. I got the KoalaTea and the drink didn't quiteeee hit the spot for me, but it was good. Would come back someday and try something else!

The drink was great but the location is terrible. If they were in a better space and a bit closer then I'd be a frequent visitor for sure. The parking lot in the back is very small and usually full because of the employee's cars too. The service was nice and fast. You can do self order or pay cash with the employees. They had a large menu with a variety of teas and non teas which was great. I ordered the strawberry mango tea lemonade. It was nicely sweetened and had a nice balance of lemonade. Didn't taste much tea which was fine by me. The fruit bits gave nice texture as well.

Super cute and punny boba tea shop in Elk Grove! It was a little hard to find but glad I did! They have unique drinks and smoothies that are delicious. I ordered for me and my family and got to try an Oreo smoothie, mango smoothie, fruit tea, Thai tea twister, and their signature koalatea (Thai tea with matcha). My favorites were the Thai tea twister and fruit tea! The drinks have adjustable sweetness levels like most boba shops and I personally like mine a little less sweet. Sometimes at places I feel like it's just too sweet no matter how much I adjust but I thought 75% here was good and they really do let the tea speak for itself! Service was also pretty fast and friendly.
